I went to bed pretty early for me – around 3 AM. I went right to sleep. Then I woke up at 6:30 this morning and tried to go back to sleep – which is usually no problem for me at all, but after lying there with my eyes closed for an hour and a half, I gave up. I don’t know why…

Man, I just want to go back to sleep because I KNOW I’m going to be a zombie today if I don’t. Someone hit me over the head with a brick or something. The previous evening (well, morning for me) I only slept for about 3-4 hours too and woke up wide awake. My alarm was scheduled to go off a couple hours later. So I was dead tired all day, but not sleepy – tired. Is insomnia rearing its ugly head again? I had a bout with it in high school. I would go consecutive days without sleep.
